2. WAITLIST CANCELLATION

If you are waitlisted for a class, BE PREPARED TO COME TO CLASS. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to open that spot up for another client. If a class you would like to take is full, you may put yourself on the Waitlist. If you do not get a spot in the class, the session will be returned to your account (for packages or drop-ins). If a spot opens, you will be automatically added to the class and receive an email or text confirmation depending upon your notification preferences. This means that you could be added to a morning class in the middle of the night. To check your waitlist status, log in to your Account and click My Schedule. All classes have a 8-hour cancellation policy, so if you are added to a class from the Waitlist at the last minute, be aware the 8-hour cancellation still applies. The latest you will be added to a class is 1 hour prior to the class start time. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you need to remove yourself from the Waitlist at least 2 hours in advance of the class. No-show and late cancelation policies still apply if added from the waitlist to the class. We encourage you get on the waitlist as cancelations happen often, but please be courteous of others who are also trying to get into a class.
