When I first became a certified Pilates instructor, I was dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for women of color to practice and thrive. With a passion for health and wellness, I embarked on a journey to obtain my certification, driven by the desire to empower and uplift marginalized communities.
Through thoughtful instruction and a supportive environment, I aim to promote both physical and mental well-being, fostering a sense of strength, confidence, and belonging to embark on a journey towards greater health, self-discovery, and empowerment
And so my journey continued
